CONTRACT | WHOLESALE
Am I a Retail, Wholesale, or Contract client?
RETAIL PRINTING CLIENTS:
A retail client is generally the end user of the product. Whether you need 1 coffee mug as a gift for your BFF or 100 t-shirts for your employees. If you are not reselling the items you are a Retail Client.
In retail screen printing, prices are based on volume and complexity. Retail pricing is higher than wholesale/contract due to the level of service a retail client receives.
WHOLESALE PRINTING CLIENTS:
A wholesale client is generally a custom clothing line, business, or organization that sells their own brand. Wholesale clients must have a business or non-profit license in order to receive wholesale pricing. There is a 24 pc minimum for screenprint wholesale pricing. Anything less will be charged retail.
Wholesale clients may choose to provide their own goods or purchase them from us, however, we do not replace or reimburse any client-supplied goods no matter the reason for the defect.

What qualifies me for Contract Pricing?
CONTRACT PARTNERS:
A contract partner is a trade industry business that resales high volume goods to their end user. We are a confidential contractor. We honor your brand and your client base with confidentiality. To qualify you must apply, be approved, and follow our policies and procedures.
To receive contract pricing, a partner must do your part by providing a fully developed purchase order (PO), layout specifications, camera ready art, and goods for each job. The partner must meet a monthly/annual sales volume. We only accept a minimum number of contract partners per year.
For you, there's not much difference on the front end, but for us, there's a world of difference. Contract shops have everything dialed in tight. Contract pricing is a la cart and calculates things like setup fees, art fees, shipping fees, packaging and handling fees, and a number of additional special service charges as needed. There is a dollar amount associated with every task we provide beyond the imprint charge. It’s calculated manufacturing. You only pay for the services you need. There’s a very small margin and little room for error on either side in contract printing.
Some reasons you may utilize contract printing:
- Print brokering. Some print shops don't maintain a large physical presence. Instead, they subcontract a majority of their actual printing. This is called print brokering. Some shops are extremely successful with this arrangement.
- Lower pricing. Contract printers typically print at a lower cost than retail printers. It can be worth subcontracting a job if there are other, more profitable jobs you can print instead.
- High-volume jobs. Some shops are not set up for 60,000 piece orders, while others specialize in this type of high-volume printing. Partnering with a contract printer for some or all of a large volume print job is common.
