Screen printing involves using a woven mesh screen to support an ink-blocking stencil to receive a desired image. That stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink specifically designed for fabric, by pressing it through the mesh and onto the garment.

Digital transfers or Direct-to-Film is a heat-transfer based printing process. Your design is first printed onto a transfer film (not to be confused with inkjet film), then covered with an adhesive powder and finally transferred with a heat press to a garment or item of your choice. It is a simple process for apparel decoration however like any method of printing there are advantages and disadvantages.
This is a great option for designs that are small or may be to hard to print in the traditional method.

Sublimation printing is a digital printing process that uses heat and pressure to transfer dye onto different materials. After printing a design onto special transfer paper using sublimation inks we place the paper onto a product and heat it with a heat press.
This works well on garments that are polyester and and a lighter color.
For HTV (heat transfer vinyl) this is mostly used to personalize garments with names and numbers. Like the sublimation process, after HTV has been cut and the prepared we use a heat press to adhere the vinyl to the garment.

Sun Screen Print requires Adobe files, if you create in Corel Draw, we ask that you please convert your file to a .pdf before sending. Due to the differences between Corel and Adobe, some of the art may not translate as it should. Once you convert it to a .pdf, we recommend that you take a look at the design before you send it to ensure the proper translation occurs. If there are discrepancies in the conversion, it may require art time and charges to prepare the file for print.
We do offer art quotes for those in need of polishing designs before any printing is done.
Please visit this page for an explanation of what art files work best for which service.
